The CatSonics service is accessible via a website located at www.catsonics.com (the "Site"), and via a mobile phone on certain compatible devices. The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the contractual and commercial relationship between Haruna, on one hand, and you, as an eligible customer to the CatSonics service (hereinafter the "Subscriber"), on the other hand.
